At this year’s annual USA Property Awards, it was announced that Linda May, top producer of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills North Office was the winner of the Best Real Estate Agent award. It was deemed that “May’s record breaking sales, innovative approach, and deep connection to the city made her the perfect candidate for this award.” Linda was in attendance to accept the award and was beyond thrilled for her longstanding recognition in her field (over 30 years), as well as recognition within her community. Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills North office, the #1 Coldwell Banker office in the nation for 2013, also took home three awards that night, including: Best Real Estate Marketing Program (Coldwell Banker Previews International®), Best Real Estate Agency and Best Real Estate Agent (Linda May). Linda May and Coldwell Banker competed heavily against a number of award winning companies to receive these top honors.
