Guy Levy, Partner

Guy Levy is a true California native, who, at an early age, grew up around his father’s real estate development company, Lifestyle Developers. It was here that the foundation was laid for Guy’s development and interest in the realm of the family home and the many aspects of life and values that a home provides.

Guy’s interest to experience and learn about America’s melting pot led him to Los Angeles where he attended UCLA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he lead the business arm of UCLA Student Media as the director of business for six years until he came back to those home values and interests his father taught him growing up. It was in Real Estate Guy felt most at home and was hand picked by one of the most successful Brokers, Linda May, in Beverly Hills, to help build a brand that embraced teamwork, hard work and most of all talent.

Guy’s focus has been to run the due diligence portion of the deal once Linda has set it motion. His goal has been to travel the road less traveled and provide excellent customer service while tracking every part of the deal from acceptance through the close of escrow. A house is not just a place to live. It is a way to live.

Megan Roberts, Marketing Director

Megan Roberts is the Marketing Manager for Linda May. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, with a minor in Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating college, Megan moved to Europe and taught English to both children and adults in Spain and Italy. Upon returning to the United States, Megan began working at a small startup mortgage company which piqued her interest in Real Estate. In her years there, she became an accomplished leader in small business operations, sales, client services, project management and recruitment.

Tired of the cold and snow, Megan moved to sunny California where she began to work for a popular fitness company in Beverly Hills as their Social Media Marketing Lead. She quickly set and developed social media and studio goals, while implementing strategic initiatives expansion to enhance a strong, visible social media presence. It was there that she discovered her passion for marketing a brand through the utilization of current technology trends, research and various social media marketing platforms. It was when she met Linda May and her team, that both of Megan’s interests of Real Estate and marketing married harmoniously together.

Alex Rosenberg, Executive Assistant

Alex Rosenberg is an LA native who has always had a true appreciation for beautiful homes and architecture. While her past work experience includes all things fashion, media, and PR, she discovered her passion for real estate working for a top residential broker in college. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received a business degree with an emphasis in marketing, Alex returned to Los Angeles and obtained her real estate license. Shortly after, she met Linda, who took Alex under her wing and has been a mentor to her ever since.

Alex has become an integral member of Linda’s team, gaining invaluable experience on how deals are made in the high-end market. In addition to administrative duties, Alex shows property, analyzes property values, identifies homes for buyers, directs Linda’s social media platforms, and much more. Growing up on the westside, she not only has inherent knowledge of the different areas, but also understands the lifestyles and needs of clients in the luxury realm. Alex’s professionalism, character, and attention-to-detail, coupled with her background in marketing, allows her to provide the ultimate in client care and retention.
