Guy Levy
Guy Levy is a true California native, who, at an early age, grew up around his father’s real estate development company, Lifestyle Developers. It was here that the foundation was laid for Guy’s development and interest in the realm of the family home and the many aspects of life and values that a home provides.
Guy’s interest to experience and learn about America’s melting pot led him to Los Angeles where he attended UCLA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he lead the business arm of UCLA Student Media as the director of business for six years until he came back to those home values and interests his father taught him growing up.It was in Real Estate Guy felt most at home and was hand picked by one of the most successful Brokers, Linda May, in Beverly Hills, to help build a brand that embraced teamwork, hard work and most of all talent.
Guy’s focus has been to run the due diligence portion of the deal once Linda has set it motion. His goal has been to travel the road less traveled and provide excellent customer service while tracking every part of the deal from acceptance through the close of escrow. A house is not just a place to live. It is a way to live.
Heather Bilyeu
Heather Bilyeu has been exposed to all aspects of business and real estate since she was a child. Her family, of entrepreneurs, has focused their businesses towards sales, marketing and real estate for the past 30 years, which has laid Heather’s foundation for a successful real estate career. Heather has been a licensed Realtor in Las Vegas, Nevada for the past five years. Within just a few months of receiving her real estate license, Heather received the “Rising Star” award from Prudential Americana. Shortly thereafter, Heather transferred to Re/Max Exclusive, where she became a multi-million dollar producer and was named Top Producer her first year. As the Las Vegas real estate market shifted, Heather decided to move part of her focus to pursue a degree in Business Management and moved to Los Angeles and quickly obtained her California real estate license. Wanting to work for a successful top producing Broker, Heather found a position with Linda May. Having a successful agent-to-client sales track record and excellent customer service and administrative experience, Heather compliments Linda May Properties’ top notch team.
